Blondies!

So you’ve decided to make blondies: congratulations! Let’s do this.

You’ll need:

  • 200g butter (salted is best, no worries if unsalted)
  • 2 eggs
  • Splash of vanilla extract or bourbon (option but very good)

Melt the butter, then add all the dry ingredients and the eggs. Combine, then bake in a 20cm square (or similar size) baking paper-lined tin at 180c for 30 minutes or until set. Enjoy! x

Options: before baking, swirl the batter with peanut butter, nutella, caramel, or anything else you think might be tasty! You can also add things like chocolate chunks, nuts, or other additions of which you’re fond. Go wild! Or not. You know best. x
