A Suki Bakes classic, you’ve made an excellent choice! Let’s get started.
- 125g butter (salted is great, but no prob if not)
- 3 eggs
- Splash of vanilla extract (optional, but good!)
Start by melting the butter, chocolate and sugar together. Add the eggs and dry ingredients packet. Combine, then bake at 180c in a 20cm square (or similar size) baking paper-lined tin for approximately 30 minutes, or until set. Enjoy! x
Options: before baking, feel free to swirl with peanut butter, nutella, caramel, any other spread you might enjoy, or sprinkle with raspberries, chocolate chunks. Add in other flavourings if they sound good – peppermint, orange, lavender, or anything else!
